. . . because sometimes people just need a safe place to 'check in' with someone who cares.

a trauma-informed safe place

We believe our bodies try to carry the weight of the trauma we have experienced in the past. Dealing with our physical, emotional and spiritual selves as a unit is far superior to finding different solutions for each part of our selves. Our foundation comes from a Christian faith but consistent with that, we do not believe in forcing anyone to adopt our personal views. You will be treated as the pilot of your own destiny and offered every resource we can find to help you, at your request.

Moving Forward is a Safe Place, a listening ear, helpful classes and resources . . . most of which are FREE! . . . to help you reach your next step!

Free Coaching

Have you struggled long enough? Are you stuck? Wondering what is wrong with you? Sometimes a listening ear and some good solid coaching can be beneficial. Lay your burden down, catch a breath, and let someone sit with you while you think it through. We won’t ask you to unpack the whole story; we are more concerned about your future than your past.

You won’t be judged and whatever you choose to share will remain completely confidential. It’s what we do!
